DOMESTIC ORDERS & CANADA

AWE is pleased to offer complimentary shipping and returns on all orders. All of our products are shipped by USPS. Items should arrive within 4 to 5 business days; for express shipping, additional fees will apply.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate international orders at this time. Please stay tuned for updates.

All orders will ship within 48 hours from the time the order is placed (when items are in stock). Please be aware of this processing time when selecting your shipping option. Unfortunately, AWE cannot be responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our facility.

We want you to be completely in AWE of your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange, merchandise credit or will issue you a complete refund.

The item must be returned in acceptable condition within 30 days.

To make a return or exchange, please email customercare@AWEinspired.com with your order number and we will furnish you with a printable shipping label and instructions. Please note that returned merchandise should include all AWE packaging.

Please note that any worn merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective, and covered under our warranty.

Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or a nonrefundable merchandise credit. Please email customercare@AWEinspired.com with your order number and we will be happy to assist you.

Orders may be canceled anytime prior to shipping. Unfortunately, this does not apply to special orders and custom orders, which can’t be canceled because they’re one of a kind.

We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for items canceled once they have been shipped. (Reminder: All orders will ship within 1 business day from the day they are placed when items are in stock.) Shipping charges incurred for undeliverable packages are the customer’s responsibility.

AWE accepts payment in the form of all major credit cards; you may also remit payment via debit card or PayPal. We want to assure our customers that AWE’s e-commerce platform is completely secure. To protect your privacy and card information, we utilize Secure Socket Layering (SSL) encryption technology, which allows for safe Internet transmission of your personal information.

With proper care, AWE jewelry can be enjoyed for generations. Air pollutants, dust, perspiration, perfumes, lotions and other natural elements can dull the appearance of gemstones or precious metals. Because of this, it is always good practice to wipe down your jewelry with a cotton cloth after wear. Use a professional jewelry polishing cloth to restore your jewelry’s luster, especially in the case of sterling silver, which can tarnish over time. When not in use, store your jewelry in your AWE gift box or pouch.

Sending an AWE product as a gift? A personalized message can be written on the round enclosure card that’s included with each purchase. You will also have the option to provide us with the recipient’s email address; we’ll send them a welcome email inviting to them to share their story with the AWE community. (You’ll specify a “gifting date” at checkout so that we reach out after the fact—we certainly wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise!)

An AWE e-gift card is an easy and convenient way to show a survivor you care, especially when you’re not sure of what jewelry he or she would like. Choose any dollar amount, enter the recipient’s email address and we’ll take care of the rest. You can further personalize your e-gift card with a special message of love and encouragement. AWE e-gift cards have no expiration date and are not returnable once purchased.

Have your eye on an AWE product that you’d like to receive as a gift? We’ll send an anonymous email “hint” to the person of your choosing when you click the “Send a hint” button on the desired product’s description page. Works like a charm!

You will be provided a Repair Authorization Number which must be clearly labeled on the package. AWE will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis. AWE does not accept returns on any merchandise that has been worn.

    • All AWE gifts come in our luxurious packaging. Our Classic packaging includes a keepsake AWE pouch, a customizable AWE notecard, and AWE tissue paper. Our Deluxe packaging includes an AWE gift box, a keepsake AWE pouch or pillow, a customizable AWE notecard, and AWE tissue paper. The packaging type is specified on each product’s description page.
  • Can I include a personalized gift message with my purchase?
